• Support of the design process, participation in obtaining conclusions from the State Non-Departmental Expert Review (construction and environmental), acceptance and transfer of project documentation to the Customer for approval
• Preparation of a project implementation schedule and monitoring its execution
• Preparation of documents required to obtain permits from relevant organizations for construction work as stipulated by law, including notifications about the commencement of construction work to the State Construction Supervision authorities
• Provision of a geodetic layout base for construction and engineering setup of the construction site
• Coordination of activities among project participants, organizing production meetings on design and construction issues
• Representation of the Customer's interests at meetings and gatherings concerning project implementation
• Supervision of the targeted and efficient use of the Customer's funds during project implementation
